Can you explain me the order process?

Your order is dispatched through our order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request. 

When your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and our ordering system will ensure that it is sent to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped.

What medications can I purchase?

Please review the section entitled products in your browser, a full list of medications are available there, some medications are considered controlled substances, the law requires that before these medicines can be dispensed that you undergo a physical exam, this means we cannot sell them online. Such medicines include Valium, Lorazepam, Ativan, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Klonopin and others. 

Can you ship my order to P.O Boxes?

Sorry we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.

Do you need my signature when my order arrives?

Yes, we require an adult signature for all orders..

Can you deliver order to my state?

Due to regulations we cannot ship medicines to all states, please check the order form for the current list of states that we can ship to.

Can you ship my order by FedEx?

We ship all orders by next day FedEx. 

Please explain your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order before the order has shipped or been approved by the doctor. If the order has already been shipped or approved we cannot cancel your order. Please refer to the current cancellation policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page for more information.
